Anna Jane Zarndt has litigated hundreds of individual and class action lawsuits involving novel issues in state and federal courts throughout the United States. She has successfully defended corporate, government and private sector clients against a wide variety of contractual, statutory and regulatory claims through all stages of litigation, including jury trial. Her approach to litigation focuses on developing strategies to ensure clients’ success through favorable settlement, early case dismissals and in arbitration or trial.

This extensive litigation experience has provided Anna Jane the unique ability to provide beneficial advisory services to clients. Anna Jane represents clients in pre-litigation advisory matters, internal investigations, policies and procedures, audits, mediation and pre-litigation resolution. She works with clients’ legal, compliance, marketing, employment, operations and technology teams to develop and maintain regulatory and compliance standards.
